4 butir telur ayam
150 gr tepung terigu
1/2 sdt TBM
1/4 sdt vanili
100 gr gula palem
50 gr cokelat bubuk
100 gr kismis
150 gr mentega
50 gr kacang tanah (sangrai lalu cincang bisa dengan blender khusus)
Bahan cream:
100 gr selai kacang
50 gr gula
50 gr mentega
Cara membuat:
1. Masukkan telur, gula, TBM, vanili, ke dalam mixer hingga mengembang dan kaku.
2. Lalu masukkan tepung terigu dan cokelat bubuk, kocok sebentar. Masukkan mentega cair dan kismis yang sudah dipotong-potong.
3. Panaskan pemanggang cake, olesi dengan sedikit mentega, ratakan. Masukkan adonan ke cetakan, lalu masukkan ke dalam pemanggang.
4. Masak hingga mengembang, angkat, lalu olesi dengan cream kacang dan taburi dengan kacang tanah cincang.
5. Siap untuk disajikan.
